Is there a way to download more than one resource at a time?
There are some resources that link to a 404 page rather than a download. Have these resources become unavailable, and if so, should the links be taken dowm?

Unfortunately No.
If the page has the 404 error, then the file is corrupt or missing. So please, I recommend reporting to our "Report an Issue" on this link - https://www.acehsc.net/report/

Regarding the corrupt files you reported, due to copyright reasons those files aren't available.

I suspected that there was an issue like that, I was just surprised that the links to the files / listings in the library remained.
